Retuns and Refunds

1. Introduction
At Labelfy, we aim to ensure that every customer is delighted with their personalised name labels. Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer law.
2. Personalised Goods
All Labelfy products are personalised to order. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once production has begun. Please check all spellings and details carefully before placing your order.
3. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@labelfy.co.uk. Orders can be cancelled only if printing has not yet started. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund your order except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
4. Faulty or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your labels are printed accurately and to a high standard. If an item arrives defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Return postage will be covered by Labelfy in such cases.
5. Non-Fault Returns
If a return is accepted for reasons other than a fault or manufacturing issue, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be processed only once items are received in their original, unused condition.
6. Refund Process
Once a return has been approved and the goods received, your refund will be issued to the original
payment method within five working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
7. 60-Day Replacement Guarantee
We want your labels to last. If any label becomes unreadable (faded or peeling) within 60 days of purchase, we will replace them free of charge. Conditions: – You must provide photographic evidence of the affected labels. – Please state how many labels have faded or peeled. – In cases of peeling, replacements will be provided once only. Further detachments may result from incorrect application, which is outside our control. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
