1. Who We Are

Terms and Conditions

Labelfy is operated by Malcolm Chase trading as Labelfy, a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom. We provide personalised iron-on name labels for school uniforms and clothing. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website. Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Once printing has begun, we cannot amend or cancel personalised details.

3. Payment

We accept payment via Woo Payments (Stripe) and PayPal using debit or credit cards or other supported methods. Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order. All transactions are processed securely through Woo Payments or PayPal. Labelfy does not store or have access to full card details.

4. Delivery

– Orders received by 2pm (UK time) are usually processed and shipped the same working day. – Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class to all UK locations covered by this service. – Delivery times are estimates only. However, if your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us so we can investigate or arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, name labels printed with your chosen name). If you wish to cancel an order before printing has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, refunds can only be given for faulty goods. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five working days after we receive the returned items.

6. 60-Day Replacement Guarantee

We want your labels to last. If any label becomes unreadable (faded or peeling) within 60 days of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Conditions: – You must provide photographic evidence of the affected labels. – Please tell us the number of labels that have faded or peeled. – In the case of peeling, replacements will be provided once only. Further detachments may be due to incorrect application, which is outside our control. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product designs, is the copyright of Labelfy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care to ensure our products are safe, durable, and effective. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order you placed. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Website Use and Pricing

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of your order, we will contact you before processing to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct details. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to new orders placed after the revised date. Updates will be published on this page with the updated date shown.
