SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1) Shipping Overview

We make personalised iron■on name labels to order in the UK. Orders are typically produced within [1–2 business days] and dispatched from Kettering Northamptonshire. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.

2) Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Production time: 1–2 business days] from order approval/payment.
  • Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Cut■off time: Orders placed after 2pm ship the next business day.

3) UK Shipping Methods & Prices

Royal Mail 1st class 1-3 days after dispatch £1.95

Notes: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary. You’ll receive a dispatch email. Tracked services include a tracking number.

4) International Shipping

Currently we ship to the UK only. If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact us at [info@labelfy.co.uk] and we’ll do our best to help.

5) Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are correct at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non■collection, we can resend it to the correct address; a re-delivery charge may apply.

6) Returns & Cancellations (Personalised Goods)

Because our products are personalised and made to order, they’re generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will, however, always put right any issues with quality or workmanship.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We’ll replace or refund promptly if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we made an error in personalisation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change a name or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@labelfy.co.uk.
  • Changes/cancellations are possible until production begins. After production, we may not be able to amend the order.

7) How to Report a Problem

  • Email: info@labelfy.co.uk (include order number, photos if applicable). Response time: We aim to reply within 1 business day.
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund issued once confirmed.

8) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days (bank/card dependent).
